Job Description:
Installation and commissioning of full gas central heating systems or boiler replacements,ensure that accurate records of servicing are maintained, including date of service and anywork undertaken as appropriate.Manage workload to ensure that all services are carried out within legislative timescales.Communicate effectively with customers agreeing date and time for visit and explaining whatwork needs to be undertaken and why.Undertake Service/repairs where appropriate, to ensure that appliance meets standardsrequired. Ensuring that correct parts are in stock and available for use.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Provide current accreditation in CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, CPA, CKR1, HTR1 and DAH1.
- Ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Gas Team Coordinator and colleagues to comply with Gas Safety (Installation&Use) Regulations.
- Be proactive in identifying ways of improving service provision.
- Have a high level of health and safety awareness.
- Ability to work alone with minimum supervision.
- Good communicator with good customer care skills.
- Hold a full clean driving licence.
