This role involves high interaction with customers and technical orders, overseeing the full lifecycle of order deliveries. You will communicate with customers, internal teams, production, and logistics partners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work directly with the customer service and sales teams to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Support customers through the order delivery process, including offers, order confirmation, and invoicing.
- Interact internally with production, dispatch, logistics partners, and customers’ transport agents to ensure smooth customer service and sales processes.
