If you want to use the latest in CRO, experimentation, UX, and usability, this is the right job for you. You will have the opportunity to work with the world\'s top experts on conversion optimization!

We’re Invesp — the leading conversion optimization agency in North America. We’ve run over 36,000 A/B tests, helped clients like eBay, 3M, and O’Reilly boost revenue, and we’re on the hunt for an Account Manager who’s ready to lead client relationships and drive growth through smarter experimentation.

At Invesp, you can bring your most authentic self to work, merging your personal and professional lives.

As a conversion optimization strategist, you will work closely with our CRO team to help them identify conversion opportunities on client platforms, develop solutions, and oversee the implementation of these solutions as AB tests.

Our Values:

  • Every detail matters—which is why we never cut corners on how we present our work, communicate internally, or deliver for clients. Every detail reflects on us.
  • Extreme Ownership. Great agency work depends on trust. Everyone on the team needs to own their role fully—because the whole only works when every part is solid.
  • We take full responsibility—spot the issue, take action, and follow through without being asked.
  • Ask: “What else can I do?” Go beyond the task. Look for the extra step that adds value.
  • Reject Average. Don’t settle. Push for work that’s sharp, thoughtful, and above the standard.

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for the success of your projects, with a focus on efficiency, timeline, and budget. You are responsible for analyzing client sites, purchase funnels, and customer journeys to identify conversion leaks and revenue opportunities.

You will work closely with our project managers, development team, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that the project tasks are well-defined, prioritized to maximize value and ROI, and executed in a timely fashion with the highest standards of quality. You’re the strategic brain behind the project.

You’ll:

  • Set clear goals and expectations for the experimentation program for each of your clients.
  • Work with our user research and data analysis teams to identify conversion gaps.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure that designs match your hypothesis
  • Collaborate with developers and QAs to ensure AB experiments are delivered on time and bug-free
  • Conduct post-test analysis and communicate insights.
  • Help clients fall in love with conversion rate optimization (if they aren’t already)

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Have 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization
  • Have 3+ years of experience working in an agency environment
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Can explain CRO concepts in simple, persuasive language
  • Know how to tell a good story using data, not just charts
  • Take pride in your work and always look for ways to deliver more value
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Advanced or Native-level English proficiency (both spoken and written)

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience managing digital campaigns or clients in the ecommerce or SaaS space
  • Have a background in digital advertising, analytics, or UX
  • Experience in GA4, Google Ads, and paid social

Why Join Invesp?

  • 100% remote-first team — we’ve been remote since before it was cool
  • Clear ownership of your accounts with autonomy and support
  • Fast-growing, well-respected agency with top-tier clients and a 90%+ retention rate
  • Smart, humble, data-driven teammates who love what they do
