Your Role:

We are seeking a hands-on SFMC practitioner to join the marketing enablement team as a Senior Analyst, Marketing Enablement. The role will help deliver personalised, data-driven customer experiences across digital channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, and Marketing Cloud Personalization, while also supporting web and tracking initiatives. It combines hands-on platform execution, tracking, data integration, segmentation, experimentation, and cross-functional support to drive effective marketing activation. The individual will translate business requirements into practical technical solutions across our marketing technology stack.

What you will be doing:

  • Execute and maintain core Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, including Contact Builder, Data Extensions, Email Studio, and data relationships.
  • Configure, manage, troubleshoot, and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization assets including behaviours, events, user profiles, recipes, campaigns, templates, experiments, and real-time decisioning logic.
  • Support Pardot/Account Engagement execution, including form handlers, email templates, tracking, and landing pages.
  • Work with data, CRM, web, and technology teams to establish data flows, troubleshoot issues, execute segmentation, and refine targeting and personalisation logic.
  • Own and enhance JavaScript-based tracking implementations used for behavioural data collection, including updates to vendor-built scripts where needed.
  • Partner with activation, CRM, data, and web teams to provide technical recommendations, translate business requirements into implementable solutions, and improve processes across SFMC, Personalization, Pardot, CRM, and web platforms.
  • Own, maintain, and enhance JavaScript tracking scripts and support the HTML, AEM, and web integration changes needed for personalisation activation, including validation of UTMs, custom events, cookies, iframes, pixels, and data layer pushes.
  • Translate business requirements into implementable MarTech solutions and provide technical recommendations, documentation, and process improvements to support best practice and platform adoption.

What you will bring:

  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot/Account Engagement, or related MarTech platforms.
  • Experience supporting SFMC Personalization, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and campaign execution.
  • Practical experience with data integration, tracking setup, and behavioural data capture.
  • Experience with browser developer tools and structured script change management is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Email Studio, including templates, personalisation, and configuration.
  • Knowledge of Pardot form handlers, completion actions, tracking, and landing pages.
  • Proven understanding of cookies, UTMs, pixels, web tracking, event capture, and customer behaviour data.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, consent management platforms (CMPs), and compliant tracking practices is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AEM components, and front-end integration patterns is desirable.
  • Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or equivalent platform credentials.
  • Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, data, CRM, and web teams.
  • Able to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable troubleshooting across platforms and data flows.
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and balancing technical execution with business needs.
