Your Role:
This position supports the Regional Associate Director of Corporate Properties and is responsible for managing, coordinating, and completing all key support services, major construction, and reconfiguration projects across EMEA and the United Kingdom.
What will you be doing:
- Manage principal contracts throughout EMEA/UK regional locations.
- Lead interior construction and reconfiguration projects in collaboration with the Regional Director and Senior Regional Corporate Properties Managers.
- Act as client liaison to obtain, identify, and interpret project briefs while maintaining Invesco Global standards
- Develop and present feasibility studies, obtain scheme and budget approvals, and define project scope and value
- Collaborate with Procurement to ensure the best commercial value through vendor selection
- Deliver consistent, exemplary customer service through performance management and staff motivation
- Manage and develop budgets for projects and operational services across EMEA
- Ensure best service value through effective vendor and facilities service provider management
- Contribute to property strategy, lease planning, and space utilization as part of the Global Properties group.
- Provide guidance on space planning and churn projects, including accurate and timely data production.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with HR, IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure property solutions meet all business needs.
- Change Management Expertise: Supporting transitions to agile working, hybrid models, or new workplace strategies
- Vendor Relationship Management: Building strong partnerships with brokers, contractors, and service providers
What will you bring:
- Extensive experience in Facilities or Project Management
- Background in property management, operations, and project delivery
- Previous exposure to Facilities Management and Services
- Understanding of building assets and construction processes
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
- Familiarity with data analysis platforms like Power BI for reporting and insights.
- Knowledge of digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
- Understanding compliance and audit processes in a corporate environment.
- Use of occupancy analytics, utilization metrics, and financial modeling to guide space planning and investment decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changing workloads and business needs
- Proven ability to resolve complex, multi-dimensional business problems
- A bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent qualification(Preferred)
