Your Role: The Associate Analyst, RFP supports the development and delivery of high-quality Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) responses. This role partners closely with senior RFP team members, product teams, sales, and subject matter experts (SMEs) across regions to coordinate content, ensure accuracy, and meet tight deadlines. The position provides strong exposure to global investment products and institutional client requirements, while supporting a cross-regional operating model. It serves as a foundational role for growth within the RFP function.

What you will be doing:
- RFP/RFI/DDQ Support: Assist in drafting and editing responses for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and multi-asset. Customize standard content to align with client requirements, regional nuances, and mandate specifics. Ensure responses are clear, accurate, and consistent with firm messaging.
- Cross-Regional Support: Collaborate with RFP teams across regions, including US, EMEA, and APAC, to support global opportunities and workload balancing. Adapt content to reflect regional regulatory, client, and product considerations. Build familiarity with regional templates, preferences, and stakeholder expectations. Support follow-the-sun workflow coordination when needed to meet tight global deadlines.
- Content Management: Maintain and update the RFP content database, ensuring materials reflect current product, performance, and firm information across regions. Identify gaps or outdated content and escalate to senior team members for enhancement.
- Project Coordination: Support the end-to-end RFP process, including timeline management, document tracking, and internal follow-ups. Coordinate with SMEs across product, legal, compliance, and marketing to gather required inputs. Help ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are complete, particularly on multi-region opportunities.
- Quality Control: Review responses for consistency, grammar, formatting, and adherence to brand standards. Cross-check data points, including AUM and performance figures, for accuracy across regional materials.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and senior RFP team members across regions to understand win themes and positioning. Build relationships with global stakeholders to improve turnaround time and response quality.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve content reuse, and enhance efficiency across regional teams. Support initiatives related to RFP tools, knowledge sharing, and AI integration.
What you will bring:
- Experience in asset management, financial services, or a related field (internship experience acceptable)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
- Proven writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with RFP tools is a plus
