Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager, EMEA Institutional will execute and localise multi‑channel marketing initiatives to contribute to the growth of Invesco’s Institutional segment and support the implementation of the EMEA marketing strategy across the EMEA pensions market.

Key activities include

  • Integrate the voice of the client into regional plans using client knowledge and insights.
  • Partner closely with Distribution colleagues to localise where needed and deliver the EMEA Pensions marketing strategy across the region.
  • Collaborate with specialist Marketing teams (Events, Content, Research, DCAT, Insights…) to execute client experiences that reflect institutional segment strategies.
  • Assist in delivery of the EMEA Pensions strategy, coordinating across channels and maintaining key strategic partnership relationships.
  • Support the Senior Institutional Marketing Manager in defining and delivering on a multi‑year UK and EMEA pension strategy.
  • Track and report on marketing activation performance using KPIs and analytics; apply insights to optimise existing activities and future initiatives.
  • Execute the local agenda based on client segments’ country marketing plans, ensuring they align with global objectives.
  • Build effective partnerships between Marketing and Distribution within the countries of focus and leverage best practices to ensure client journeys are innovative and client‑centric.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in B2B marketing in the financial services industry, with asset management experience as a plus.
  • Track record in identifying and measuring the success of marketing campaigns and events, with digital experience a clear advantage.
  • Experience managing marketing within a digital‑first organization, focusing on enhancing client experiences across channels and supporting upper‑funnel growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with implementing and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of asset management, customers, products, and competitors.
  • Good understanding of market landscapes and product prioritisation across markets and segments.
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of the latest B2B marketing techniques, with emphasis on digital channels and data‑driven decision making.
  • Insights, metrics and results‑based marketing principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent qualification(s); post‑graduate marketing qualifications and/or industry accreditation preferred.
  • High energy, flexible, pragmatic and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with key business partners.
  • Analytical mindset to understand and deliver marketing metrics linked to commercial results.
  • Ready to work in an international environment and able to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Proactive team player who values collaboration.
