What we are looking for:

As a Manager, EMEA Go to Market Analytics, you’ll steer analytics that directly shape how we engage clients, allocate spend, and measure performance across the region. You will sit within the Marketing Analytics function and report to the Associate Director, GTM Analytics EMEA & NA.

Your mandate: Translate data into decisions. Not dashboards for the sake of dashboards, but actual GTM choices: what we do, why we do it, and how we adapt when reality inevitably disagrees with the plan.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering closely with EMEA Marketing, Sales, Digital, and external agencies to ensure our analytics work is clear, actionable, and tied to commercial outcomes.
  • Working with channel owners, product marketers, and planners to understand briefs and expectations.
  • Helping shape campaigns and always on GTM activity by grounding strategy in evidence—not vibes.
  • Using data to answer the “so what?” Surfacing insights that point to clear actions, trade offs, and opportunities.
  • Enabling teams to optimise spend, improve targeting, and strengthen client engagement.
  • Identifying use cases where predictive models, segmentation, or machine learning can actually move the needle.
  • Collaborating with the central advanced analytics team to build and deploy solutions—from forecasting to next best action logic—keeping things practical and business ready.
  • Working with media, digital, and analytics agencies to ensure deliverables are aligned, measurable, and rooted in our GTM priorities.
  • Manage scopes, timelines, and expectations without losing the plot.
  • Mentoring junior analysts and be a multiplier for analytics maturity across the region.
  • Advising, coaching, socializing good practices, and generally raise the bar for how EMEA teams use data.

What you can bring:

  • Degree in a quantitative, analytical, or communications related field (Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Science, etc.).
  • Proven experience in digital or marketing analytics roles, ideally in a B2B or client centric environment.
  • Agency experience is a plus, especially if you’ve survived attribution debates.
  • Strong understanding of multi channel marketing—SEO, SEM, paid media, web journeys, the works.
  • Technical capability in SQL, Python/R, Tableau, PowerBI, AWS, and strong familiarity with GA360 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Confident communicator who can translate analysis into decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, but not allergic to rolling up sleeves and digging into data pipelines or campaign structure.

Disability Confident Scheme Applicants who opt in to the Disability Confident Scheme and meet the ‘minimum criteria’ for the role will be offered an interview. We are committed to providing an inclusive recruitment process for all candidates who make an application.
