Front Office Operations Analyst I and play a key role in supporting portfolio managers, traders, and investment professionals across a dynamic global platform based in Dublin or London!
This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to ETFs, equities, fixed income markets, and front-office investment operations within a leading global asset manager.
You Will Be Responsible For
As a Front Office Operations Analyst, you will help ensure the smooth execution of trading and portfolio management activities across our ETF and Index business.
You will work closely with investment teams and partners across the organization to support critical operational processes and drive continuous improvements.
- Supporting portfolio managers and traders with trade implementation and investment operations.
- Monitoring portfolios and investigating operational issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Reviewing and addressing pre- and post-trade compliance alerts.
- Assisting with portfolio rebalancing and structural changes resulting from market activity or client requirements.
- Validating data across various systems and reports, identifying discrepancies, and driving resolution.
- Processing business-as-usual activities, client instructions, transaction requests, and ad hoc projects.
- Supporting product launches, fund onboarding initiatives, and expansion into new country markets.
- Preparing information and documentation for internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Partnering with investment teams, technology, operations, and other stakeholders to enhance processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Contributing ideas and solutions that strengthen controls, reduce risk, and support business growth.
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple global offices.

- We’re interested in individuals who are analytical, proactive, and excited to build a career in the investment management industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline or comparable experience preferred.
- Understanding of financial markets and investment products, including equities, fixed income, and ETFs.
- Knowledge of investment management and buy-side operational processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively within global teams.
- Experience with the following is advantageous: Bloomberg, Aladdin, CRD, or similar investment management systems, Advanced Excel skills, SQL and/or Python, Microsoft Office Suite and Data analysis and reporting tools
