Invesco is a leading global investment firm dedicated to rethinking possibilities for our clients. We are looking for a Content Marketing Trainee to join our EMEA Marketing team. The role supports the delivery of content marketing strategies by creating and optimizing content that drives engagement, supports business objectives, and is continuously refined to be as impactful and client‑centric as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Execute content marketing strategies and produce content that supports firm objectives across multiple formats, including articles, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Manage ad‑hoc projects and content initiatives such as maintaining content calendars and trackers, reporting on activity, compliance support, competitor content analysis, and developing content best practices.
  • Utilize content analytics to inform decisions about what works and how to improve content performance.
  • Leverage AI to enhance idea generation, content creation, and distribution for high‑impact programmes.
  • Adhere to established processes, templates, training, style guides, and best‑practice documentation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Passion for content marketing and/or copywriting desirable but not essential.
  • Curiosity, creative thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Requirements

  • School leavers are preferred; traineeship opportunities are designed for entry‑level candidates. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK until at least October 2027.
