The Associate will support the fund management team in the management and reporting of international separate accounts (over €3bn in asset value), providing level support across investor reporting, portfolio operations and strategic execution with clear development potential within the fund management function.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with senior fund managers, support the day-to-day management of international separate accounts with investments in traditional and alternative real estate sectors and across Europe. Ensuring that all work is organized and undertaken as effectively as possible and in line with the team’s requirements.
  • Being part of the Team that acts as an effective interface with clients to ensure that the service provided meets their requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare and coordinate investor reporting and presentation materials (quarterly/annual reporting, updates, ad hoc requests), ensuring accuracy, clarity and timeliness.
  • Supporting portfolio performance monitoring, including business plan tracking, valuations, cash flow and return analysis; maintain relevant trackers and dashboards.
  • Developing ability to analyse property and Fund returns at a portfolio level, in collaboration with the Fund Analyst.
  • Coordinating inputs across asset management, transactions, finance, tax, legal and local teams to support execution of asset strategies, capex programmes, financings and disposals.
  • Developing the ability to present the Fund strategy and represent the Fund internally and to relevant Boards.
  • Supporting fund/mandate operations including liquidity forecasting, distribution processes, budgeting and internal approval workflows (e.g., leases, capex, investment papers).
  • Supporting data governance for the mandates, ensuring integrity and consistency of portfolio/investor data across systems and outputs; contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in financial services/real estate, fund management or a related investment/financial discipline, with exposure to financial analysis, reporting and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Understanding of real estate investment and fund management concepts, including basic financial modelling/cash flow analysis and institutional investor reporting experience helpful.
  • Degree level education.
  • High attention to detail; strong analytical capability; clear written and verbal communication; organised and proactive; collaborative mindset; strong desire to develop within the fund management function.
