The Investment20/20 Programme

We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted to be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships. These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!

What are we looking for?

You will provide entry level support to the Investment Compliance function while developing foundational knowledge of investment compliance, regulatory requirements, and investment processes within a regulated asset management environment, through structured training, hands on learning and close supervision. You will be involved in:

  • Completing structured training to build an understanding of investment funds, financial instruments, and the role of investment compliance in a regulated environment
  • Supporting investment compliance monitoring activities using defined procedures, escalating questions or issues to senior team members as needed
  • Assisting with maintaining investment restriction reports, trend analysis and trackers, learning the importance of accuracy and timely follow up
  • Collaborating with teams such as ESG, Product, Legal, Investment Management, and Technology to support investment compliance initiatives.
  • Providing general support to the Investment Compliance team, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as skills and experience develop
