What we are looking for
The Advanced BA will primarily focus on the requirements and implementation of solutions and tooling for the EMEA regulatory business clients in close cooperation with other Investment Services operational functions. Business Analysis tasks and associated technical changes are part of the innovative initiatives providing our internal business partners with the right tools and solutions to grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Achieving business goals through business analysis tasks and delivery of innovative IT solutions.
- Collaborating with business partners to develop specific capabilities and enhancements.
- Initiating and growing strong relationships with business users.
- Delivering technology solutions and enhancements to enhance our Cloud‑first strategic priority.
- Delivering change using a variety of methodologies, including iterative, Agile and MVP approaches.
- Creating presentations for solutions based on analysis to communicate to business and technology leaders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in asset management and/or investment banking.
- Should have proven track record of successfully analysing complex BA tasks and implementing technical solutions to drive business improvements.
- SQL skills to query data.
- Knowledge of regulatory directives in EMEA will be an advantage.
- Experience over the Snowflake platform for operational oversight and data solutions will be an advantage.
- Any hands‑on experience with key industry software applications.
