We are looking for our next Compliance Officer supporting our EMEA Marketing and Distribution Compliance team based in our EMEA headquarter in Henley-on-Thames! In this role you'll execute compliance review of communications to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements as well as Invesco goals and standards. You'll provide advice to the Business on cross-border distribution rules for EMEA and globally. In addition, you will support and advise the business on sound business practice and regulatory rules and principles specifically on Marketing and Financial Promotions.
Among your responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for the day-to-day review and approval of financial promotions in EMEA
- Providing compliance advice and support to the business and management
- Producing and updating marketing compliance policies and procedures at the direction of the Compliance Manager
- Interacting with members of the core compliance services team to assess, document, monitor, report, develop, coordinate, and implement various improvements to compliance marketing activities
- Assisting project team(s) in the development and implementation of strategic projects related to compliance
- Research issues, projects or initiatives and advise team members, the wider compliance department, the business
- Field incoming calls from internal customers. Investigates, resolves and documents issues. Escalates issues to manager if needed.
- Assisting & supporting other team members.
- Examining rule changes and discussing implications with the EMEA marketing compliance team, and the wider business
What you can bring:
- Experience in the review and/or creation of financial promotions
- Some experience with compliance and/or marketing experience

- Graduate degree or equivalent work experience
