Your Role:

To manage the post-trade lifecycle for Fixed Income and Equity instruments, ensuring accurate trade capture, timely confirmations, settlements, custodian coverage, and oversight of Third-Party Administrators (TPA). Support internal and external teams by maintaining efficient and compliant post-trade processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Support all post-trade lifecycle management activities for both Fixed Income and Equity instruments, including trade capture, trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliation processes.
  • Oversee custodians; maintaining strong relationships to ensure accurate and timely settlements.
  • Provide oversight and coordination with Third Party Administrators (TPA) to ensure smooth processing and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Act independently to respond promptly to email and telephone enquiries, reconciliation queries, and take ownership to resolve or acknowledge all enquiries on the day of receipt.
  • Utilize knowledge of custodial portals and reporting tools to support trade lifecycle management and reporting requirements.
  • Organize workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners, providing confidence and support across all levels of queries.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Invesco’s Conduct Principles and regulatory requirements.

What you will bring:

  • Proven interpersonal and relationship skills to interact effectively across various business functions.
  • Ability to work independently, analyse issues, and provide timely solutions, as well as collaborate within a team environment.
  • Experience with SWIFT messaging and custodian portals is essential.
  • Adaptability to different requests and cultures, with the confidence to communicate constructively and share knowledge within the team.
  • Knowledge of Fixed Income and Equity products, including familiarity with settlement systems such as DTC, Euroclear, Domestic, and CREST.
  • Knowledge of Treasury instruments is advantageous.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Confident communicator who can speak up and share views constructively.
  • Team player who supports knowledge sharing and collaboration.
