Your Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Engineer to join our ESG technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and support ESG data and application solutions that power analytics, reporting, and decision‐making across the firm. You will work independently within established standards, collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams, and contribute to reliable, well‐engineered solutions while receiving guidance on new or complex assignments.

Your Team:

The ESG Central Technology team builds and supports enterprise ESG data and technology capabilities that enable Invesco’s ESG strategy. We partner closely with Global ESG and other business teams to deliver scalable, high‐quality solutions in an agile environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain ESG technology applications and services
  • Build and support cloud‐based, data‐driven solutions using modern engineering practices
  • Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues following established procedures
  • Contribute to documentation, quality standards, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide informal guidance and knowledge sharing within the team

What you will bring:

  • Experience with React Javascript, Springboot, or Python and modern application development.
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and Agile development.
  • Experience working with or integrating AI/ML services.
  • Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud‐native architectures
  • Financial services or asset management experience preferred
  • Bachelors /Masters in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
