What we are looking for:
You will be part of a newly unified EMEA focused team, a dynamic group dedicated to delivering high-quality product and regulatory reporting. This team plays a critical role in supporting business objectives through accurate, timely, and compliant reporting processes. The team is composed of nine Product and Regulatory Reporting Specialists, two project managers/business analysts and two team leaders. The role reports to the Product Reporting Team Leader but will involve regular interaction with the Regulatory Reporting function as part of the integrated team approach. The overall team collaborates closely with the offshore and external production teams, as well as with the Product Development, Performance, Compliance, and Investment teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering or overseeing monthly, quarterly and periodical reporting (including but not limited to factsheets)
- Maintaining strong working relationships and clear communication with stakeholders including offshore production teams and outsourced providers as appropriate, ensuring all deliverables are met and assistance given, as well as responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
- Overseeing and supporting accurate and timely maintenance of the production and issue logs, provision of production metrics, KPI monitoring and attendance of review meetings.
- Documenting, following and working with other team members to proactively update procedures and assist in the implementation of controls around processes, systems and data usage.
- Working with members of the team and other business partners (internal or external) on projects and enhancements related to reporting in scope. Contribute to identifying areas for continuous improvement, eliminating manual solutions and workarounds, whilst promoting a scalable support model.
- Ensuring management is kept aware of all significant matters and that complaints, breaches and incidents are recorded appropriately and tracked in line with Invesco guidelines.

- Familiarity with investment funds is beneficial.
- Awareness of individual client needs and ability to meet agreed timelines. Proficiency in Excel or willingness to develop advanced skills.
- Knowledge of regulations such as PRIIPs and Solvency II is advantageous but not mandatory.
