The Investment20/20 Programme
We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted to be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships. These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!
The Trainee will support the Fund Management and Hotel Investment Management team on both day-to-day operations of a ~€1bn open ended Hotel Fund, as well as transactional and investment management activities.
You will be involved in:
- Supporting the Fund Management team on day-to-day operations of the European Hotel Fund mandate.
- Working with the Investment Management on hotel transactions – both buy and sell.
- Working with Investment Management, supporting ongoing investment management initiatives and capex projects.
- Support delivery of internal and external reporting.
- An interest in investment management and a good level of numeracy.
- Knowledge of real estate investment helpful.
- Strong MS Office skills helpful.
- Willing attitude, diligent and a team player.
