We are looking for a Technology Associate who would like to work in our agile engineering technology teams and learn about the role of a business analyst and project manager. Our engineering team design, build, test, and maintain technology solutions that help Invesco achieve its goals.
You will be involved in:
- Completing two rotations within the Technology organisation.
- Participating in the delivery of technology solutions end to end.
- Learning and applying business analysis and project management techniques.
- Learning about the Invesco business and fund management industry.
- Learning about the functions within a technology department.
- IT literate.
- Working knowledge of Excel is helpful.
- Knowledge of the agile scrum process is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Organised with an eye to detail.
- Keen interest in technology.
The assessment process will include:
- CV Review
- Video Interview (containing both video and written questions)
- Final Interview
