The Investment20/20 Programme: We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted to be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships. As the Junior Compliance Analyst, you will provide entry level support to the Compliance function while developing foundational knowledge of compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements within a regulated financial services environment, through structured training and close supervision.
You will be involved in:
- Assisting in the preparation, review and submission of routine regulatory reporting tasks under supervision.
- Support data gathering, validation and follow-up with internal stakeholders.
- Help prepare materials for internal reporting or presentations.
- Supporting day-to-day use of regulatory monitoring systems.
- Assisting with data quality issues, reconciliations and exception tracking.
- Assisting in drafting and maintaining compliance procedures.
- Supporting projects linked to regulatory change.
- Assisting in reviewing regulatory updates impacting regulatory reporting.
- Supporting maintenance of internal policies in line with regulatory expectations.
- Providing administrative and analytical support to the GRR team.
- Contributing to process improvement, scalability and operational resilience initiatives.
- Working with teams such as Compliance and Legal, to support regulatory reporting activities.
