The Investment20/20 Programme
We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted to be recruiting for a number of 12 month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships. These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates, and non-graduates. We offer entry-level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!
What are we looking for?
- Enthusiastic and methodical individual to join our UK Distribution as a Junior Client Support Executive.
- Support the UK Distribution team and their clients.
- Providing support to the Sales (all UK channels) & UK Distribution Management teams on a daily basis.
- Assisting with Sales Enablement across the UK Distribution Team via the processing and interrogation of data to create useful insights and uncover opportunities.
- Cleansing and maintenance of data within Salesforce.
- Supporting our work with internal and external data vendors.
- Proactively identifying ways to create efficiencies to support better client outcomes.
- Monitoring of the Sales Admin email inbox including answering general enquiries, or forwarding on emails in a timely manner to other departments.
- Generating ideas and identifying opportunities to create efficiencies within established processes in order to innovate and streamline UK Distribution.

Please Note:
- We are unable to accept industry placement year students onto this programme.
- We require all applicants to have the right to work in the UK until at least January 2027.
- Please do not apply if you have already completed the Investment20/20 programme at another firm.
