Your Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, building, and optimizing personalized customer experiences across all digital touchpoints using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio/Evergage) and related tools. The role requires strong technical capability in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and marketing automation, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects. This position supports the delivery of seamless, data-driven personalization strategies that improve engagement and conversion.
What you will be doing:
- Design, implement, and maintain personalization strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio/Evergage), including real-time decisioning and customer journeys.
- Maintain and update site mapping to reflect website changes and ensure a seamless, personalized user experience across digital touchpoints.
- Develop and manage dynamic content, templates, and personalized experiences for email and web channels using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Execute targeted campaigns, create advanced audience segmentation, and conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and personalization performance, provide optimization recommendations, and document implementation details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement cohesive personalization strategies while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and staying current with Salesforce best practices.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Personalization Cloud, and experience designing and executing personalized marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Account Engagement, Email Studio, Journey Builder, and GDPR/CCPA compliance best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Personalization Specialist or Marketing Cloud Developer are preferred.
- Communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Einstein Analytics or other AI-based marketing tools is preferred.
