Your role:
The AI Transformation Specialist is a strategic, hands-on role focused on re-engineering how work gets done across the Global Investor Engagement Organisation by combining process excellence, automation, and applied AI expertise. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, AI tools, data, and execution, with a mandate to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and deploy AI-enabled solutions that materially increase productivity, scalability, and decision quality across a client-facing organisation at a large asset manager. Partnering closely with the COO of Business Strategy & Development, Investor Engagement leadership, and technology partners, this role acts as both process architect and AI practitioner, moving beyond ideas and pilots to real-world automation and sustained adoption. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, deeply practical, and energised by taking manual processes and transforming them into scalable, AI-powered ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI-Driven Process Improvement
- Identify, map, and prioritise process inefficiencies across the global Investor Engagement Organisation, focusing on high-impact, repeatable workflows.
- Redesign workflows using AI tools, automation, and orchestration to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
- Build and deploy end-to-end AI-enabled solutions that are sustainable and scalable.
- Quantify productivity gains and business impact from AI initiatives.
- Applied AI & Automation Enablement
- Serve as a hands-on AI expert, leveraging generative AI and automation platforms.
- Design AI-assisted research, reporting, content creation, and workflow solutions.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and refine AI solutions based on user feedback.
- Dashboards, Insights & Intelligent Reporting
- Enhance executive dashboards through automation and AI-driven insights.
- Shift reporting from descriptive to insight-led analytics.
- Change Management & Adoption
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across teams.
- Develop training materials, playbooks, and best practices.
- Partner with technology teams to deploy AI solutions.
- Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance
- Collaborate with Technology, Data, Risk, and Compliance partners.
- Help define AI usage standards and governance.
- Support the new product governance process through interaction with internal stakeholders.
What you can bring:
