- Collaborate with Distribution teams across the UK and assigned markets in EMEA to translate product and market intelligence into actionable insights that enhance client engagement, sales effectiveness, and commercial outcomes.
- Create and deliver compelling investment content & investment cases for our priority products that influence stakeholder decision-making and support commercial success.
- Contribute to client-driven product prioritisation and strategic planning processes by leveraging client demand signals, market intelligence, competitive analytics, and commercial opportunity assessments.
- Manage coverage of designated asset classes, products, and distribution markets while supporting the continued evolution of the Product Research & Insights service model.
- Act as an ambassador for the Product Research & Insights function, building strong stakeholder partnerships, fostering collaboration across Product, Investments, Distribution, and Marketing, and contributing to strategic decision-making through presentations, committees, and cross-functional initiatives.
What you will bring:
- Proven years of experience in asset management, preferably spanning product research, product strategy, product development, or product positioning and effective delivery to senior stakeholders and/or clients.
- Demonstrated commercial judgement, strong intellectual curiosity, and a high level of execution discipline, with a proven ability to influence outcomes, lead initiatives, and manage complex cross‐functional stakeholder relationships.
- Experience shaping product strategy, product prioritisation, product innovation, or product lifecycle decisions is highly desirable.

- University degree, preferably in a discipline related to financial markets; a CFA designation or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
- Full professional fluency in English. Additional European languages are advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in research, market intelligence, and analytics platforms such as Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Broadridge, Preqin, PitchBook, Bloomberg, or similar tools.
- Strong ability to combine quantitative analysis and qualitative insights into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
- Data science experience leveraging data analytics, automation, AI, or programming tools (e.g. Python, SQL, Power BI) to improve research capabilities and decision-making is increasingly valuable.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect product insights, market trends, client needs, competitive dynamics, and business objectives to identify actionable opportunities.
- Naturally curious and intellectually driven, with a passion for uncovering insights and challenging conventional thinking.
- Commercially minded with the confidence to influence decisions and challenge constructively at all levels of the organization.
