What you will be doing:

- Support the preparation of clear, client-ready information on the firm’s direct real estate fund products for institutional investors, working with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
- Provide bespoke reports for selective clients, working with the Hyderabad team and other internal stakeholders where appropriate.
- Support the identification and delivery of practical efficiency improvements across recurring reporting and investor servicing processes.
- Manage investor servicing processes, including investor communications, fund portals, reporting deliverables, investor meetings, investor calls and related governance materials.
- Coordinate with Transfer Agents, Corporate Secretary, Treasury and internal teams on investor lifecycle events, including subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, distributions, capital calls, management fee rebates and KYC/AML refreshes.
- Maintain accurate investor, fund and distribution information across relevant systems and portals, including Investran, Viaduct and Salesforce.
- Produce and maintain recurring data sets and management information covering AUM, personnel, transactions, capital raising, client activity, fee status and other key product or distribution metrics.
- Work with the wider IRE business, Marketing and relevant support teams to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of recurring reporting, data management and workflow processes.
- Liaise with IRE’s wider global Investor Relations and Product Management team to ensure global consistency and co-ordination of client relationship management.

What you will bring:
- Relevant experience in Investor Relations, Client Relationship Management, Client Service or Product Management within asset management, private markets or another institutional investment environment.

- Highly proficient in MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and OneNote, with strong Excel, data management and reporting skills.

- Comfortable working with investor data, maintaining data quality and supporting practical process improvements across recurring reporting and workflow processes.
- Fluent English and German preferred.
- Likely to be a graduate, but not essential.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CFA, CAIA, IMC) helpful.
- High personal motivation; ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned workstreams and contribute effectively as part of a team.
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate input from Product, CPMs, Distribution, Operations, Transfer Agents and other internal or external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, accurate and client-ready materials for institutional investors and internal stakeholders.
