We are looking for our next Team Admin Assistant to join our Fixed Income team in London!

You'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is a highly collaborative position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will provide administrative and coordination support to our London and Henley-based Fixed Income teams, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, virtual meeting arrangements, and catering where required.
  • Prepare, organise, and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and other business documents accurately and on time.
  • Support diary management and calendar coordination for team members, helping to prioritise activities and ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Arrange travel bookings and process expenses, purchase orders, and other administrative requests using internal systems.
  • Act as a first point of contact for routine administrative queries, responding promptly and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for team initiatives, events, and projects, contributing to the effective operation of the wider department.
  • Build strong working relationships across the business and collaborate with colleagues to support team objectives.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with Invesco's Conduct Principle and company policies.
