Your Role
Are you ready to combine deep investment expertise with client engagement? At Invesco, we’re looking for a Senior Compliance Executive / Compliance Manager to join our ETF Compliance Advisory team in London! In this highly visible role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our EMEA ETF business, providing practical, risk-based compliance guidance across the full product lifecycle, from new product launches and regulatory change initiatives to the ongoing development of our existing ETF range. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Compliance, Legal, Product, Distribution, and Investments to support one of the industry’s most dynamic and fast-growing product segments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key Compliance Advisory partner to the EMEA ETF Business, building strong relationships and providing timely, commercially minded compliance guidance.
- Review new product proposals and support product launches by identifying and advising on relevant compliance and regulatory considerations.
- Advise on changes to existing ETF products, including product governance requirements and regulatory implications.
- Review investor-facing materials, including PRIIPs KIDs and other product documentation, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess regulatory developments impacting the ETF industry and provide clear, actionable guidance to business stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of regulatory changes and contribute to business readiness initiatives.
- Deliver training and awareness sessions on regulatory developments, emerging risks, and compliance best practices.
- Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, and key business stakeholders to promote effective risk management and a strong culture of compliance.
- Champion fair customer outcomes, sound governance practices, and effective management of conflicts of interest.
What you can bring:
- Proven Compliance experience within the asset management industry, ideally in an ETF, UCITS, or Compliance Advisory environment.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, ETF products, and the regulatory framework governing investment funds, particularly in Ireland.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
- Experience advising business stakeholders on product governance, regulatory change, and compliance matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-focused advice.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships across global teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
