What we are looking for:

  • Lead the relationship on a variety of key ETF accounts across distribution channels.
  • The individual will be required to strengthen existing ETF relationships and generate new leads with clients by building Invesco’s ETF brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Head of UK ETF distribution to help build and execute the teams ETF strategy in the UK.
  • Collaborate with multiple distribution teams across Invesco to provide visibility on the firms’ broader capabilities across public and private markets.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on Invesco’s ETF franchise and support and be a role model for more junior ETF sales members on the team.
  • Build a business plan and map out ETF client coverage in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • You will also be required to schedule a set number of meetings with clients on a weekly basis to drive continued ETF flow.
  • Will be expected to be a large contributor to the UK ETF NNA target.

  • ETF sales experience with strong relationships across multiple distribution channels.
  • Strong knowledge of the ETF ecosystem.
  • Experience pitching to ETF clients and a track record of winning business.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of business and budget planning.
  • Understanding of financial markets and instruments across asset classes.
  • Strong knowledge of ETFs and other index-based products.
  • An understanding of a variety of client business models.
  • Professional qualification such as the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or CFA.
  • Educated to degree level.
