What we are looking for
We're hiring: Senior Engineer / Developer â ETF Technology Team based in HenleyâonâThames!
Your responsibilities
- Design and deliver enhancements to ETF Manager and related components.
- Implement new functionality to support ETF product expansion.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
- Enhance data integrations and connectivity across internal and external systems.
- Manage DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes using Atlassian and AWS tooling.
- Collaborate with global teams in an agile environment.
Essential
- Strong proficiency in Java and objectâoriented programming.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and exceptional SQL skills.
- Handsâon expertise in AWS services (EKS, EC2, Lambda, Amazon MQ).
- Familiarity with Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL) and Snowflake.
- AWS certification (Developer â Associate or higher).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, CI/CD).
- Experience with messaging technologies (Mulesoft, FIX, MQ).
- Strong problemâsolving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Desirable
- Exposure to Splunk, CloudWatch, and observability tools.
- Understanding of ETFs, trading systems, or asset management.
