The Global Performance Measurement team is responsible for the oversight and calculation of the investment performance across Invesco's product lines. In addition, they are responsible for the regulatory oversight in EMEA.
What we are looking for:
Performance Analyst – Join Invesco's Global Performance Measurement Team!
Location: Henley-on-Thames (EMEA Headquarters)
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Performance Calculation & Analysis – Daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance across regions; assist stakeholders in interpreting results and KPIs
- Data Management – Validate and maintain performance data; work with IT on system enhancements
- Compliance & Standards – Ensure adherence to GIPS and regulatory requirements, support audits
- Reporting & Analysis – Prepare reports for stakeholders and regulators; develop dashboards and automation tools
- Collaboration – Partner with portfolio managers and global teams to improve processes
What you can bring:
- Experience in performance measurement or similar financial roles (fund accounting, pricing, finance)
- Strong numerical, mathematical, and analytical skills
- Understanding of KPIs and performance measurement tools
- Knowledge of investment accounting and asset management
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Helpful technical skills: SQL for data queries, Python or VBA for automation, and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
