WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

  • You hold a degree in business informatics, information management, or a comparable field and bring 3–5 years of experience in platform administration, digital operations, IT support or related roles.
  • You bring a strong understanding of knowledge platform architectures, combined with the ability to translate user needs into structured, testable system improvements.
  • You have experience working with automation and AI-enabled features, such as AI-based search or workflow automation, and enjoy exploring practical use cases.
  • You demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently across technical and business stakeholders, building trust and alignment across functions.
  • You show high ownership and initiative, thrive in an international environment, and demonstrate excellent business communication skills in English.

HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

  • Evolving Inverto’s knowledge platform landscape. You manage and continuously improve our knowledge platforms. Acting as Product Owner within your scope, you ensure that systems remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with user and business needs.
  • From user needs to scalable solutions. You translate user requirements into targeted system enhancements, developing concepts, assessing feasibility, and validating improvements through structured testing and iterative refinement. Your work directly improves usability and efficiency across the firm.
  • Data ownership and governance. You act as Knowledge Data Owner for defined use cases, shaping how data is processed, governed, and translated into practical applications. Working closely with industry and topic experts, IT and Compliance.
  • Automation and AI enablement. You identify and implement automation and AI-enabled features, including AI-based search and workflow improvements. You run improvement pilots, evaluate their effectiveness, and support scaling successful solutions across the organization globally.
  • Collaboration and enablement. You collaborate closely with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders, provide guidance to Knowledge Infrastructure Coordinators, and contribute to the continuous improvement of user training and adoption.
