HOW YOU'LL IMPACT:
- Social Media Strategy & Narrative: You will co‑develop and lead Inverto’s global social media strategy in close partnership with the Head of Global Communications. With a focus on LinkedIn, you’ll shape a consistent, high‑impact narrative that reflects Inverto’s expertise, values, and vision, ensuring messaging aligns across regions, topics, and business priorities. Additionally, you will be looking after the Top Voices program, which involves producing leadership communication.
- Content Creation & Campaign Execution: You will design and implement organic and paid social media campaigns that elevate Inverto’s presence and engagement. From thought leadership to employer branding, you’ll translate strategic initiatives into compelling content—partnering with design and channel experts to bring ideas to life.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement: You’ll work closely with Marketing, Employer Branding, Practice Area teams, and BCG counterparts to align on editorial calendars, messaging, and tone. You’ll also embed a content creation framework and offer guidance to local and functional teams, ensuring brand consistency across the business.
- Insights & Optimization: You will regularly monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and derive insights to continuously refine Inverto’s social media approach, enhancing visibility, reach, and impact across platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- You hold a degree in Corporate Communications, Marketing, or a Social Media related field, with 3–5 years of professional experience in agency or in‑house communications, preferably within a professional services environment.
- You demonstrate exceptional writing skills in English, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content.
- You show a deep understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), trends, and analytics.
- You have a strong eye for design, with experience in briefing or creating visual assets.
- You show a collaborative mindset and confidence working with senior stakeholders, supported by your proactive and structured working style, as well as the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
