HOW YOU'LL IMPACT:
- Content Strategy & Amplification: You will develop and implement narrative and content strategies for the Energy Practice Area on a global level, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (including BCG marketing) to highlight priority topics across channels. You will maintain the Energy pages on the Inverto website, ensuring they reflect the latest trends and initiatives.
- Campaign Management: You will shape integrated marketing campaigns across organic and paid social media, email, PR, events, and partnerships supported with the support of channel experts. You will also support cross-industry branding and PR initiatives in the UK, contributing to Inverto's country-level visibility and flagship activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You will build strong relationships with Practice Area leaders, senior Energy experts, Marketing colleagues, and BCG counterparts to align and activate marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with the core marketing team to tailor content and initiatives for global audiences as well as the UK market.
- Performance Analysis: You regularly review marketing performance and present insights.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a matrix organization or professional services environment.
- You show strong expertise in developing and executing global marketing strategies, with a demonstrated ability to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Your familiarity with the Energy industry or experience marketing to this sector is highly desirable.
- You have exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (native or near-native level).
- You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and takes ownership of projects with confidence and creativity.
