Exzellente Verhandlungsführung. Du wirst für die Entwicklung von Verhandlungsstrategien und die Durchführung von Verhandlungen mit unseren Kunden in verschiedenen Branchen verantwortlich sein, darunter Automobil, Einzelhandel, Konsumgüter, Pharmazeutika, Gesundheitswesen und viele mehr. Als Verhandlungsexperte spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle in Projekten von besonderer strategischer Bedeutung. Darüber hinaus bist du sowohl extern für unsere Kunden als auch intern für unsere Projektteams die Ansprechperson in Sachen Verhandlungsexpertise.

Verhandlungstraining. Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Durchführung von Verhandlungstrainings, sowohl extern für unsere Kunden als auch intern in unserem Unternehmen. Du befähigst unsere Projektteams, in ihren Verhandlungen zu glänzen, indem du dein Fachwissen und deine Verhandlungskompetenz weitergibst.

Entwicklung von Fachwissen. Mit deinem Fachwissen treibst du die Entwicklung des Negotiation Excellence Center voran und baust so Wissen in unserem Unternehmen auf. Du entwickelst deine Fähigkeiten weiter, indem du an Verhandlungsprojekten in verschiedenen Branchen, bei verschiedenen Kunden und in verschiedenen Ländern teilnimmst.

Wichtig für uns:

  • Hochschulabschluss mit überdurchschnittlichen Noten, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Mathematik und mit Hintergrund in Spieltheorie, 2-8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
  • Umfassende Expertise in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Verhandlungen, Erfahrung in der Anwendung verschiedener Verhandlungsansätze, nachweislich erfolgreiche Verhandlungsergebnisse, vorzugsweise auch Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Verhandlungstrainings.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere anspruchsvolle Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen, engagierte, kundenorientierte und kooperative Denkweise, Aufgeschlossenheit und Begeisterung für kontinuierliches Lernen.
  • Sicheres Auftreten in einem internationalen Umfeld, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und vorzugsweise eine zweite europäische Sprache, Flexibilität bei beruflicher Mobilität.
