HOW YOU'LL IMPACT:
- Professional correspondence: You will support our Managing Directors in London, ensuring seamless communication with our customers. Further, you will support by drafting and reviewing presentations and documents.
- Reliable schedule management: You will be maintaining the Managing Directors' diaries, arranging and coordinating both internal and external meetings as well as organizing the resources required for them.
- Effective travel management: You will take care of our Managing Directors' travel arrangements as well as expenses and provide coordinated support during business trips.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- You have gained 3-5 years experience in administration and PA duties within a service-oriented environment.
- You are an open-minded team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and brings the necessary hands-on mentality to thrive in a quickly growing company.
- Working independently, flexibly and reliably, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality, comes as second nature to you.
- Your work is well organized, solution-oriented, and you are confident using MS Office.
- Experiences in an international environment, a confident manner and a strong service focus complete your profile.
- You are fluent in business-level English; French, Spanish or Italian are a plus.
