How You'll Impact:
- Talent Acquisition: You will support in the end-to-end recruiting process for Consultants including sourcing and screening candidates, as well as interview coordination and scheduling, ensuring a smooth process.
- University Relations: Together with the local team, you will assist in coordinating campus events with our target universities to attract high calibre candidates. You’ll participate in events, organise merchandise, and be on hand for logistical support at events of different formats.
- Wider TA and HR tasks: You will gain exposure to and support with local HR topics including onboarding processes. You will support in bringing together new ideas on improving our current processes, and executing on this.
What You'll Bring:
- You have recently completed or are currently completing your bachelor's or master’s degree to graduate with a 2:1 or higher. Start date is asap.
- You are available for a 6-12 month internship.
- You have a keen interest in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
- You are an open-minded team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and who brings the necessary hands-on mentality to thrive in a fast-growing company.
- Working independently, flexibly and reliably comes as second nature to you.
