We are seeking candidates for supply positions as lecturers in the Social Science team, to work alongside academic colleagues as part of the delivery of our Social Science courses. You will be based at the Inverness College main campus.
Our Social Science department is a vibrant, exciting place to work. This role presents a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic person who enjoys teaching and learning to join an experienced and diverse team. You will be required to deliver curriculum in an innovative manner with a focus on best practice in the teaching of topics relevant to your role. You will be required to be an effective team member able to deliver a high-quality curriculum and educational experience

You should also be flexible, reflective, innovative, creative and personally committed to continuing vocational and professional development.
You do not need to have a teaching qualification to apply as training will be provided,however some experience of instructing or teaching is welcome. You should possess effective interpersonal skills and have good IT skills in applications such as MS Office and other relevant subject-related software packages.
Please note: the successful post holder will need to pass a satisfactory PVG Scheme check through Disclosure Scotland.
