Health and Social Care Assessor 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE) Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2027 Grade G (£38,770 - £42,617 pro rata 1 FTE)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated member of staff to work with us as an assessor across the Health and Social Care area.

Job Purpose: We are seeking a suitably skilled and qualified Assessor to work within our Health and Social Care team.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Work as part of the assessor team, providing assessment and support for work-based learners within their workplace.
  • Hold an appropriate qualification that meets the registration requirements of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) for the Social Care Register at Practitioner level or higher.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate learning which works towards meeting the Health and Social Care Standards.

Please note: the successful post holder will need to pass a satisfactory PVG Scheme check through Disclosure Scotland Check prior to commencing employment.
