GTCS: You will be required to be registered with the GTCS. You are required to obtain and maintain registration including paying any fees. Please note, teachers in their probationary year are welcome to apply for temporary, un-promoted vacancies although would be paid at the probationer rate of pay (Main Grade Scale Point 0) at £31,584 per year (pro-rata, if applicable).
RC Approval: Guidance for teachers seeking Approval to teach in a Catholic school if applicable. If applicable the successful candidate will require to be approved by the Roman Catholic Church, in line with Section 21 (A) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980.
