Inver Energy is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join the Retail Fuels team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. The Sales Support Administrator will play a key role in ensuring efficient and seamless operations across customer support, fuel card administration, data analysis and compliance. This role also supports the Retail Fuel Team with their day‑to‑day activities. This position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual with excellent organisational and communication skills to support Inver Energy’s operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Compile and analyse data on fuel sales, daily and weekly.
- Support pricing strategies and monitor retail pricing for various site categories.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for the retail team.
- Use insights to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of fuel card administration, including issuing, tracking, and resolving customer queries.
- Handle onboarding of new clients to the fuel card system and provide user training as needed.
- Ensure fuel card compliance with company policies and provide timely reporting on usage.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate billing.
