As the SaaS Product Owner for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and eSIM, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our device connectivity and management solutions. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly products that support decentralized and hybrid clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and prioritize the product backlog for MDM and eSIM capabilities within our SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with ODMs and internal teams to manage eSIM provisioning, remote device configuration, and connectivity.
- Ensure seamless integration of MDM features with clinical trial workflows, including device enrollment, remote monitoring, and data security.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends in mobile technology, connectivity, and clinical trial regulations.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or telecom.
- Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management platforms and eSIM technologies including global roaming solutions.
- Familiarity with GxP compliance, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience managing a team of Product Managers.
- Experience with decentralized clinical trials (DCTs) or digital health platforms.
- Knowledge of device logistics, global connectivity challenges, and remote support models.
- Technical background or ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
- Experience working in a fast paced scale-up environment.
- Passion for emerging tech and innovation.
- Understanding of medical device regulatory frameworks (e.g., MDR, FDA) and/or clinical workflows.
