Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist to work exclusively on our in-house MDM platform.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, validating, and managing client-specific MDM policies to ensure seamless device provisioning and compliance across various geographies.
This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to delivering scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions to clients in the Life Sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and translate them into tailored MDM policies.
- Create, configure, and validate MDM policies on our in-house platform to ensure compliance with industry standards and client needs.
- Monitor and maintain the MDM system to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM configurations, deployments, and device provisioning.
- Support the development of device management strategies, including lifecycle management, security updates, and policy enforcement.

- Proven experience as an MDM Administrator or similar role, preferably with a focus on in-house or proprietary platforms.
