We\’re looking for a creative and experienced Video Producer to join a global, science-based organisation\’s Content and Storytelling team on a contract basis. Based in Manchester, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex ideas into engaging short-form video content for digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce impactful 1-5 minute videos using a mix of new footage and existing content
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop scripts, storyboards, and editing briefs
- Manage video edits and ensure alignment with brand and messaging
- Provide shooting briefs and occasionally direct or shoot on location
- Maintain quality and consistency across all video outputs
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Minimum 5 years\’ professional experience in video production and editing
- Strong storytelling skills and knowledge of short-form video best practices
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro or similar editing software
- Experience managing creative resources and briefing agencies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Self-shooting ability is a plus
