A leading global law firm is looking for a Senior Counsel to join its Insolvency & Dispute Resolution practice in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with some of the leading Dispute Resolution Partners in the Offshore legal market and contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic practice.
YOU'LL BE ADVISING ON:
- Cross-border commercial disputes, trust litigation & financial services litigation
- Contentious & non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters
- Regulatory investigations, injunctions, disclosure, enforcement, and asset recovery
- Acting for insolvency practitioners, global banks, corporates, directors, trustees, beneficiaries, and more
EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ PQE, with strong experience in insolvency, commercial litigation, or trust litigation
- Offshore experience (Jersey or other jurisdictions) is a plus — but not essential
- Someone ambitious, collaborative, and technically excellent
