Senior Client Relationship Manager Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £100,000–£115,000 Key Responsibilities Lead and develop senior client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and positive customer outcomes within the UK investment industry. Drive revenue growth through strong commercial engagement, identifying client needs and delivering value-added products and services. Proactively manage the client portfolio through regular service and commercial reviews, ensuring delivery against agreed SLAs. Act as senior point of escalation for client issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable improvements. Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, aligning services to client strategy and long-term growth objectives. Use management information to support planning, prioritisation, and decision-making, escalating risks and issues where appropriate. Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions for new and existing clients. Lead and develop a client relationship team, fostering a strong culture of accountability, compliance, and client focus. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FCA standards and Consumer Duty outcomes. Represent the function internally and externally, including at relevant industry forums. Requirements: Senior client relationship management experience within financial services or the UK investment industry. Strong commercial track record, including revenue growth and expansion of client relationships. Experience managing senior stakeholders and leading client-facing teams. Solid understanding of FCA regulation and Consumer Duty requirements. Proven ability to manage service delivery, SLAs, and client escalations. Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and communication skills. High standards of governance, risk management, and compliance.
