We’re working with a fast-growing, mission-driven organisation operating across coaching, mentoring, and people development solutions, supporting a range of global clients.
They are looking to hire an Operations Executive to play a central role in delivering high-quality programmes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple business areas. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in an environment where no two days look the same.
The Role
You will sit at the heart of the business, supporting programme delivery, managing platform operations, and helping improve internal systems and processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations across digital platforms (user queries, onboarding, issue resolution)
- Coordinating and launching client programmes from handover through to delivery
- Tracking programme progress and reporting on key metrics
- Maintaining data accuracy across CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Supporting scheduling, logistics, and coordination across multiple projects
- Liaising with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Building reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Identifying and improving operational processes and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in an operations, programme coordination, or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and dashboards
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, coaching, consulting, or people-focused businesses
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make)
- Experience with BI/reporting tools
