Interim Process Automation Analyst (AI & Supply Chain) Manchester (2 days onsite) | 12-Month Temporary Contract

We’re hiring for a global organisation undergoing a major supply chain transformation, and they need a smart, solutions-focused analyst to help automate and digitise their operations. This role is perfect for someone with a basic understanding of supply chain or planning who is genuinely excited about AI, automation and improving processes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying inefficiencies across supply planning & logistics processes
  • Turning manual workflows (think Excel-heavy reporting) into automated, scalable solutions
  • Supporting development of AI-driven tools and automation agents
  • Translating operational challenges into practical digital solutions
  • Working cross-functionally with planning, logistics and tech teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Exposure to supply chain, planning or logistics
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement
  • Interest in AI, automation, digital tools (Power Platform, Python, etc.)
  • Ideally some experience with SQL / data handling
  • Someone proactive — keen to learn, build and grow in role
