Senior Paralegal - Real Estate & Property Development

If you are paralegal with extensive experience gained in real estate or property development, then this newly created role, working alongside the Head of Legal for a Property Developers could be your ideal next move.
You will have exposure to a breadth of work including :
- acquisition of new sites;
- facility agreements for acquisition finance, development finance, and investment finance;
- affordable offtake agreements with registered providers;
- commercial lettings;
- sale of completed developments;
- PBSA/ BTR forward fund agreements;
- site set up; and
- construction documentation.
You will also lead on your own matters and also be involved in managing external Counsel.
To be considered for this role you will need the following skills:
- Commercial Property or Real Estate legal experience gained either in-house or in private practice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management to provide high level of support to the team
- Ability to work within a busy team and work at pace
