Are you a paid social expert with a passion for fashion and a track record of driving results? This is an exciting opportunity to lead paid social advertising for two fast-growing fashion brands, developing innovative campaigns across Meta and TikTok
The Role
As a Paid Social Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing data-driven media strategies to maximise brand awareness and revenue across the UK, USA, and European markets.
Collaborating closely with the marketing and brand teams, you’ll oversee the full campaign cycle—from planning and optimisation to reporting—ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-performing paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok
- Manage budgets effectively, optimising spends for maximum return
- Monitor and analyse performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and brand teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Lead and manage a team, fostering innovation and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid social, ideally within fashion or eCommerce
- Experience managing teams and working across multiple territories (UK, USA, Europe)
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads (Snapchat Ads a bonus!)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- A deep understanding of fashion trends and engaging content creation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
