The Role
I’m working with a fast-growing, independent agency as they continue to scale their digital team. They’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to join their activation team, leading campaign planning and execution across a broad mix of exciting brands.
This is a hands-on and strategic role where you’ll take full ownership of campaign performance, collaborate cross-channel, and play a key part in shaping the agency’s paid social offering. You’ll also mentor junior team members and work closely with planning, data, and creative specialists to deliver integrated, insight-driven campaigns that cut through.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, activate, optimise and report on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn and more
- Work closely with strategy, planning, and data teams to deliver integrated media plans
- Translate client objectives into smart, performance-led paid social strategies
- Lead client communications, delivering insight, performance updates, and proactive recommendations
- Contribute to the agency’s testing roadmap and help implement best-in-class measurement practices
- Stay ahead of platform updates, data changes, and market trends whilst feeding insights into client work and internal training
- Mentor junior team members, contributing to their growth and development
- Support new business and client onboarding, helping drive continued growth for the agency
Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Proven expertise across Meta and TikTok, with experience across additional platforms such as LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter
- A mix of brand and performance campaign experience
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights
- Experience with tracking, measurement and various tools
- Confident communicator with great client management skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for doing great work in a people-first culture
